Why is it called Pooning?

I never cared for the term "hobbyist". It makes me think I should start building model airplanes or collecting postage stamps. Fucking is not a hobby, it is a human need akin to eating and sleeping (to me anyway).
You're thinking of the wrong hobbies to compare it to.
How about golf? It can cost just about as much as pooning and golf "Pro's" working at a "Pro Shop" provide a service to those who partake.

My reason for pooning is not "fulfilling a human need" (I can do that with the Palm Sisters for a much lower price.) I like the social interaction as well as the sometimes incredible physical sensations. Pooning lets me experience things the everyday "real world" does not.
I'm not flaming you, to each his own.:)

In Vegas advertisers throw SP "business cards" with phone numbers and pictures of the ladies posing in the nude out the windows of automobiles. The gutters are strewn with the cards - a veritable 'potpourri'. Kinda like trading cards.
Yeah, from a distance, like up in the air, Vegas glitters. On the ground, it looks like one big dumpster, or at least like they have a serious sanitation problem. What a mess!

Considering that the trade is supposed to be illegal within city limits, you'd think LE would do something about all the people standing around on the sidewalks handing out those ads to the passing tourists, since all they do is create a bunch of litter all over the streets. It's really annoying when you're there to see the sites.

I have a stack of them sitting right here from my last trip. Agencies put them out with really low introductory rates.
Apparently, according to some show I watched once (I think it was called Red Light District) those aren't "introductory rates." They're "this is the price to get a girl through the door of your hotel room" rates.

After that, she sits on the bed and demands a sum that will make your eyes pop out of your head from the shock. If you refuse to pay it, she leaves. The removal of clothing starts at $500. Serious action requires $1,500.

They actually called a girl to the room for $69 U.S. and went through the whole routine with her with a hidden camera to prove it. Of course they weren't willing to pay her prices and she left.

Yes but don't forget that many people go for the "vegas feeling" and guess what? I don't think it would feel like that if they got rid of it. I remember when I was 12-13 wondering why the women would give out their phone numbers to random strangers. I now know why lol.

Vegas is vegas, its never going to change, regardless if it's legal or not. Hell, its Vegas! Everything is legal in vegas!
