This was a question I was asked on Sunday night. Well it's pretty simple.

1- There is no commitment.

4- Usually the sex is better.

The bottom line. At my age I am not looking for a GF or get married again. I am not much into dating. I like my freedom to do what I want, when I want. Now don't get me wrong I have a few good female friends and we do go on dates.
