You decided your first meeting with a lady should be a 48 hour date, costing $12K? You then sent a $3k deposit? Man, I am sorry, but you got exactly what you deserve here. This is an epic fail on your part and was completely preventable. I honestly don't even know what to tell you, your approach to this business is completely wrong. You need to reset, start over. I am trying to be as gentle as I can here, but you need a reality check.
There's no mention of this lady here, on TERB or even the Calgary based board. Not one review. You should be posting this experience on TERB and elsewhere as a warning to others, you might even shame her into following through on the booking or refunding your money. She robbed you pure and simple.
Some advice:
1. If she has not been reviewed anywhere, by anyone, and you simply must try her, stick to an hour, in a city you know she's currently in.
2. NEVER book 48 hours with a provider you have not seen before. Even the most reputable providers do not have great chemistry with everyone. Make sure you like her first!
3. Never send a deposit to someone who you don't know, or who doesn't have a solid track record. Period.
4. If you want to throw away 3 grand, make a charitable donation to Covenant House, the United Way, the Cancer Foundation or some other worthy charity. Hell, handing out 30 100 dollar bills on the Downtown East side would be a better way to throw your money away.
