Why do SPs move between stores or agencies?

Was just curious what are reasons for ladies moving between different shops or between the different agencies.

For some of the massage/spa places I can understand not liking the mamasan or the store. Or perhaps they get in some disagreement. Is it the same with micros / agencies? Or could it be that different places have better pay/benefits/freedom?

I highly doubt these spas are offering ”benefits”... I could be wrong though

Its like any job, you could switch because of your boss, your co-workers or customers, pay, hours, and environment.

One key point is overbooking. I can only imagine with a popular girl she may or may not want to do as many men that are booked.

Typically the opposite of this. They want more clients and move to be the "new girl". Especially if they are targeting the Chinese market where the clients don't really repeat very often and just like to put notches on their belts.

The other things mentioned are factors for sure and that happens definitely, but what I mentioned above is the most common. If they are busy, usually not going anywhere... but like anything, not always. At the end of the day, it's usually about $.
