They basically want to make sure that you know what they provide. They don't generally like to explain as some guys might think it is just massage.

All of the above, and sometimes they'll use your answer to gauge how much money to ask for. If you've been to the place before, you probably know about what the going rate should be. If you haven't been there before, there might be a chance you'll accept a higher-than-usual rate.

Same reason you might get asked if you've ever been to any specialized business upon arrival, so they don't have to explain the setup again for no reason.
