I am not sure if this is the right forum but a lot of SPs in Vancouver (almost 70 to 80%) include it as a part of regular service. Check out the ERSlist. I don't see the similar trend in Victoria. I am a big fan of bbbj and most of the time have to shell out extra greens whereas the pooners in Vancouver are lucky. It doesn't seem fair for Victorian pooners.
Why BBBJ is not part of regular service?

well first off...there are plenty more ladies on the mainland ,and seemingly hundreds of new ones every week .competition is fierce so many ladies likely feel they have to offer it to get clents to see them.
on the other hand, if you were to read alot of the reviews here, you will find many OFFER bbbj , but either don't deliver at all or demand a premium for it.

Can only speak of the independents but in the last couple of years I've had the pleasure of visiting 16 SP's in the lower Island in the last few years and only 2 requires a cover on a BJ, that's 87% ±. Given the small sample size ( I don't have that much money) I would say you haven't picked the right SP's. Ask up front.
