Agreed that Whistler is fading. Even when the crowds are present, not many are walking around with purchases.
The main economic competition for a weekend in Whistler during ski season at 300$ per night plus lift tickets parking plus fees plus takes plus meals (cheapest loaf of bread at the bakery is 8.50) plus gas is:

A week for two in sunny Mexico!

As to housing, house taxes per square foot are eight times that of Vancouver and 20 year old wood frame is selling in days at 1500 dollars per square foot.

Who can afford that?

No providers in Whistler? Perhaps it's because everyone who lives there is either far too entitled or are an out and out DB.

It's just a baseless opinion, so don't go nuts. 😜

Once COVID is done (if ever), then the Whistler party will rev up again, and the ladies will return.

Until then, you're best bet is find a provider you can trust in the city. Trust to do 'their job' when you pay their way into that luxury chateau.

*I've heard horror stories about clients setting up exotic vacations, burning tens of thousands on them, and she wouldn't do 'anything' for him....She gets a 'free' beach vacation, and he got blue-balls... so read the fine-print on any arrangement you make.

Just searched Leolist with whistler as a keyword. A few showed up.

Hope you find someone suitable.

I go up to whistler once in a while myslef, usually for relaxing and dining.
I usually ask one of my female friend if they want to join me for the weekend trip. While I make zero attempt to romance them in any way,,something fun usually happens after a great dinner and one too many drinks. 😆😆😆

Every rich guy who goes to Whistler to have some fun, takes girls there with him, at least the ones I know of.
Totally Dude!

If you don’t like the ‘local talent’, BYOB (Bring Your Own Beaver)! Heck, I have done this, and the pre-qualified furrrr tails didn’t disappoint.

Even better, go float plane: Fly your Beaver in on a Beaver!!! Epic randy weekend baby—-oooh ya!

The millionaires were kicked out by the billionaires. Did business in Whistler for years and saw the best of it in the 1970's/1980's and watched it go Robin Leach after that. The Owe-lympics ramped it up to something else.
