You will see pictures dating from years ago as well as a few years old. You'd better get use to it and learn to extrapolate from what the pictures give you in terms of impression and what 2 to 10 years of aging might have achieved on a normal person.
90% of the time you take the age posted and multiply by 1.2 or 1.3 to have a more accurate age of the person advertising as a quick rule of thumb
You are begging to be scammed using Leo List, Verified means nothing and it does not matter if the pics are from yesterday! Do your research and only see the wonderful ladies that advertise here or Tryst. Quit wasting your time and money with LL.

Lots can change in 5 months, I've seen others, myself included, fluctuate +/- 10lbs in a span of a couple months. I lost ~60lbs in 6 months getting my shit together.
Plenty of legit ones on LeoList. Just gotta do your due diligence and search them up on here first. I think lots don't advertise here or Tryst because it's either too expensive with fewer fish in the pond, or they're asked to jump through too many hoops to use the site.
I think Leolist might have the most affordable options. Lots of us can’t be big spenders. Definitely need to learn what to look for. Big learning curve if you’re new like I was last year.

10lb doesn’t make much of a difference at all. Also, look at her social media for more recent photos? No one’s out here taking verified photos every month
You might be right about some legit SP's on LL, I won't argue that. But you are way off on your cost comment.
LL is perhaps 2, 3, 4 times, or even more expensive, than Perb and Tryst combined. Depends on the bumps, which costs about $4.40 per. and is paid using Litecoin. You get buried on page 4+ quickly, so if you want exposure you are forced to bump. As few as 2 bumps a day would cost close to $300 per month. however, many bump more often, so that price could double. These are estimates, but pretty close.
Perb and Tryst charge nothing per bump, you pay by the month and less chance you get buried as quickly or as far. Straight up basic ad, less than $200 for 30 days. There are extras you can add, but LL will always cost more.
And the hoops you mention are what makes those that advertise on either site a safe bet they are legit. You only avoid the hoops if you are fake!

Photoshoots usually cost between $80 and $200, but some female photographers offer discounts to sex workers. Some people even offer free photoshoots. The new iphones have amazing cameras, you can also take high-quality photos with a new iphone and a $15 tripod from amazon, or ask a friend to take them for free. There's really no reason for an escort to use photos that are more than a year old. It suggests that they don't look as good now as they did a year+ ago.
I've asked some ladies I've seen from LeoList why they don't advertise on Tryst and answers I got were that it can take months to get an account up and running, and the site asks for ID, which they weren't comfortable uploading to an escort site. The #1 reason was that LeoList is the most popular, so more clients can find them there.

Try 300+ as a starting point. $80 pro photoshoot? No

You can find someone to take high-quality photos for $80 or for free. Professional photographers might charge around $200-300+, but they typically offer discounts for repeat or volume business. There are also new photographers looking to build their portfolio who may offer lower rates. You can even get a good photoshoot for free. I sometimes hire a girl who shoots for playboy to do photoshoots for some of our girls and its $200 an hour, she is about as "professional" as they come in this space. We aren't hiring wedding photographers who overcharge 😂 .
My business depends more on this than yours. Just because you are paying too much, being overcharged, or not asking for discounts doesn't mean everyone is. I have employees who make hundreds of thousands a year but have never hired a professional photographer. They take photos themselves, have a friend help, or sometimes I do it for them.
Don't need to be defensive. Your agency is brave for including videos in the ads. I admire that. I wish more providers did that, but they don't because they prefer to deceive clients.
And even if it costs $300 or more, most providers charge over that per hour. They could still afford a professional photoshoot once a year, especially if it benefits their business. But they don't, and we all know why...
Ultimately it boils down to who owns the rights to the photos. A few of your examples are questionable about where the photos might end up, especially those wanting to build their portfolio. The majority who advertise here and Tryst would want complete control of their photos, which most "professional" photographers guarantee.

What an absolutely ridiculous and delusional statement.
Losing or gaining 10 pounds can make a big noticeable difference in how someone looks, especially if it's fat. This change can also reveal a lot about a person's habits and lifestyle, particularly if the weight was gained or lost quickly.
Also, I'm quite sure ladies want to be with someone of their circle or someone that have been recommended to them when it come to take half naked photos. Photographer also know the financial outcome of good photos and will charge for that work.
When someone say 80 to 200 for a photoshoot, like in any given things, when it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is...
Just saying, I'm pretty sure that if you were getting told that you just have to show up to someone place to get 100$ (let's just pretend for the purpose of the exercise that it's true) most people wouldn't, because it wouldn't worth their time, let alone go somewhere, bring your material, work for a fair chunk of time taking pictures, select the best one, edit them, etc. to give them to someone who will financially benefit from it, for a handful of dollars? No way such thing happens...
