I think shes very well priced and shes having an incall in van soon,and im definately going to try and c her. 300/hr sps don't compete with 160/hr sps, never have never will. Totally different market, same as used car buyers are a different market than new car buyers (to simplify things).

Just because the economy has taken a downward turn doesn't change anything -- 2 years ago there were 300/hr sps & 160/hr sps, and they still weren't competing for the same target market.

I don't see Joe's 2nd Hand Deals badmouthing the Mercedes dealerships, telling everyone to stop buying (or leasing) new cars when they can pay way less for an excellent deal on a 15 year old Honda Civic. You gonna be the one to tell the real estate guy he should be drivin a 1990 Honda to take potential clients out to view properties?

30 min for $140 (up from $120),

45 min for $160 (same as before),

60 min for $200 (same as before)

Previous clients are very welcome to see me at the rate they have grown accustomed to.

are you talking about kimora ? and between me and my friends we always talk about finding ways to find a deal or better yet who to know to find a deal. As for the real state business , i told my buddy to get a toyota hybrid that way he looks eco friendly and the gas hes saving will pay for the lease. Its not like ive never seen 300 plus an hr sp before but now days, you can find girls that used to charge 350 for 200 or less.

i'm not taking sides here, you can charge whatever you like, you have that right. but i will say that $350 jeans are around a little longer then an hour. also they make ya look sharp so you can pick up da ladies.

its something that you will have for a few years or more and you have something to show for your money as opposed to other things i guess.

Different strokes for different folks

Ive taken a course or two about sales - there is basically 4 types of people when it comes to buying things.... (and yes we all fit into a group even though we are individuals and ever so unique).

Some people will buy things because they are priced high - for the reason of perception of its the best or bragging rights - ie - what makes $350 jeans so much better than $50 jeans - I have bought both too - and some of my favorites have been the cheep ones. As another note - a jaguar - its bloody expensive car and has a reputation of always being at the mechanics... but people still buy them -for the perception of being the best / and bragging rights - "I drive a jag" - or "I screwed a $1000 escort in Vegas"... is it the best deal - probably not ... but the story sounds good, which makes they buyer feel good - hence the motivation to buy.

On the same note - there will always be bargain hunters and those who love to haggle -Part of the rush / experience is getting a good deal - hence there will always be clients that hunt out the best bang for the buck... for them they could see 9 shitty providers at $100 and then find the cherry of the bunch great rates, great service ... the whole package - they have too spent $1000 to find this cherry - but the thrill of the hunt and scoring "a deal" is also going to be part of the experience for them.

So the bottom line is - there will always be a market for high priced / low priced and in between. I have answered the phones for a few years - I talk to 100s of people every day - some clients would NEVER pick the girl with specials / deals because they feel that she has been way to busy for the day. Others would never pick the girl with $300 rates because its out of their budget, or they just don’t believe in paying that much... but I can tell you from my experience both of these girls are getting by just fine - and will continue to do so for as long as as men are men and women are women...

You are entitled to your opinion, of course, but your opinion is wrong.

Rates are stable, call volume is high.

Regardless of the economy's direction (and it's going to get real bad in the next two years, Olympics or not)... sp's will charge what the market will bear.

It is the ultimate supply and demand product.

Some will point to all the 'specials' being offered as evidence that rates are being negotiated downward... and others will insist call volume is high and rates are stable.

Ultimately it really doesn't matter.

What matters is what is actually happening.

If an sp wants a certain rate (or if she wants to raise the rate)... it will happen if customers are paying for the product.

If they aren't... the price will adjust.
