+ 1 . It's actually illegal in Canada to be in possession of pics that show models who appear to be under the age of 18 and those girls definitely make the cut. Unlike in the US where all you need to prove is that the actor is 18 or over with the 2257 legislation, here it is very much left to their interpretation by the police and the courts. LOL. Is it any wonder why there is such a disaparity of the ages of the girls that are posted in the reviews? Maybe it's all the drugs peeps are taking that are making some people delusional. Hahaha. None of these girls that Uncle C has posted on Feb 21 appear under 18 to me. ;)

I don't do drugs and I resent the implication.

In the eyes of the law it is not up to you to decide who is of age, even if she in fact is.

But that's just the point. It's not up to you to interpret whether she's of age or not and it doesn't matter that she is in fact over 18. The depiction of someone under 18 is enough to convince the courts that you are in possession of child porn and this could very well be the case. I didn't make the law and I disagree with its ambiguity and bias. That means they can make it work for them any way they see fit, but it is still the law and the risk is serious.

However they usually concentrate their efforts on more obvious kiddy porn like children under 12 and other disturbing images.
