Crystal, I haven't seen you yet and would love to. However, I did read the old threads. Your service sounds great, really great but it sounds like you have some issues waking up before 4pm and returning to am to afternoon texts. I'm not telling you how to live your life or do your job, but my advice to you (at least for this next wpg visit) would be to reply to all your messages / calls in a timely manner or be clear in your ad that any calls or texts before 4pm may not be answered. Don't let a few bad comments steer you off, if you do provide excellent service as per your reviews, that will ultimately lead to your success here. This is all just my opinion of course
