To play it absolutely safe you should double bag it. Each supply a condom. The one the guy brought goes on first and then the SP adds one from her supply over the top.

BTW no one has brought up the obvious yet about that alleged reuse of condoms: maybe she's just really into saving the environment.

Actually, double bagging is risky and more likely to cause the condoms to break. If you want real safety, I recommend a thick layer of spermicide & anti bacterial spray on your cock, then use saran wrap and some duct tape. And the sensation is limited so you'll last a long time.
