I am too lazy to check, but if I am not mistaken doesn't he think he is a webdesigner and photographer? Bought a Web Design for Dummies book and a digital camera from Walmart type of thing?

Doesn't he do that mess Legends calls a website? And if so, would that explain why he is tonguing their asses in every thread that someone is remotely critical towards Legends?

I wonder how much smoke he is blowing up the ass of the Legends owners regarding design costs, photog costs, and hosting?

Legends people, send me a PM if you want to know if you are getting ripped off on costs etc. This guy is hanging on to your dingleberries for a reason if you know what I mean.

Webguy is very good at what he does, and his prices are in line with almost EVERYONE Else (and WAY cheaper than Con Boland and Stephen Chow)...with the exception of The Click Stop (which is free right now so how do you compete with that). Sure but the other photographers you mention above don't come here to defend the girls they take pictures of. So even if DOR is strongly opinionated he does pose an interesting question.

The reason that the other photographers mentioned don't come on here and "defend the girls" is this industry is not one that they overly focus on in their practices. Where as Webguy has built a reputation in this industry and is actually focused on serving it to the best of his ability. Are there people that could do it cheaper? Maybe. I'm sure there is some little Asian kid makes websites in his basement for a bag of skittles and 5 bucks, but chances are he will not have the understanding of this industry. I am just not a fan of people who trash someone, and then try to put themselves over at their expense, but that's just me I guess.

To even mention "Webguy" in the same breath as Con Boland is an incredible insult to Con. Con is a legit, pro-level photographer. He is a true master of the art. Con is expensive for a reason. Webguy is cheap for a reason.

You sir, are strongly reminding me of a certain someone who got very pissed off a few years ago when you offered to do a web site for a certain place in return for trade. Or someone with a personal grudge. Either way, please immediately place yourself in a locked garage with a running vehicle and all doors closed.

While WG may not take the kind of photos I take, he is very good at them, and the web sites he does are a touch above good.

So, as to costs. Commercial costs, and I would be suprised if WG charges near them, are really only something big business can pay for creating and maintaining. Photo costs, for shoots and prints are WAY up there for professional photographers that keep thier hands to themselves. Hosting costs for anything above 90% uptime are also VERY high. So I doubt there is much lying going on for price.

Since it seems to be your common form of attack, here is a disclaimer. I am not, nor do I know WG. I am not now, nor have I ever been a patron of Legends. I appear to be a human being.

Alright bright boy, I think the mods can just check the IPs and see that webguy and I are very different people. Also if I WAS webguy I think I would have said I WAS the best photographer in the city...not that I did not make my OWN top 5 list you dumb waste of skin. So maybe you should pull your head out of your ass long enough to read a full post. And don't go thinking Con is God when it comes to photography, he might make my top 5, but he is in the lower half. As good as Con is, guys like Trevor Howell kick his ass overall. I would rate him #4 or #5 on my list. So let me clear this up for you, I am not webguy using another handle or any of the other 10 photographers on the list I made for that matter, just a fan of photography that was offering someone from out of town a list of who I thought was the best in the city you douche. Any one of the 10 people on that list can take the pictures needed for the project the person was looking for, I did not say anyone of them was THE one to go to.
