who is this girl on fox's network

Carman fox's webpage has been updated, there is this new area called "galleries", does anyone recongize this asian on the first page, 2nd row last column. She is licking a candy(it looks like chilli but i am not exactly sure what that is, she is licking something anywayz) in that picture. She is not tawnie nor yolanda nor anniki. Anyone has any idea who she is? I am thinking its jade, but i cant confirm

Also, whats the member area for? how to get access?
