Creepy guy. He makes my skin crawl.
From his Frankenstein haircut, to his pock-marked, pasty skin to his beady eyes and bad clothing and his endless lying (personal experience - the guy looked us right in the eye and told a bold-faced lie and never flinched) he's an all-round ball of ugliness.
My sympathies to any SP who had to do him. I'm sure he'd try to pay after and short-change her, too.
