I have a tight budget and I’m looking for someone I can see regularly. I’m also not interested in newcomers who might vanish or offer unreliable service. Honestly, I wish I am dating someone so I didn’t have to deal with this — but here we are. I’m okay with going with Asian providers and willing to travel anywhere on the island.

"Most affordable" is very relative, if cost is your primary concern, then "reliable/reputable" is going to be tough. Generally speaking if you're super budget sensitive then you're likely looking at the Asian Massage Parlours (AMPs).
If you're more concerned about "consistently good service" than "super cheap", thinking of some SPs who are very reputable/reliable, provide consistently amazing service include Lola Bunni, Lexci Lust, Naughty Knickers, Violet Rose, Jenna Jayde. Those are just ones I've seen, certainly there are others who've been well reviewed who I haven't yet seen.
If you're open to non-FS, then Kourtney comes to mind for massage + HE (she does have some extras as well, though anything involving her vajayjay is off limits).

With wallets getting tighter and certain services getting pricier you unfortunately typically get what you pay for and it’s normally not great (or even good) but I would have to say Mischa Minx and Vienna Banks are the best bang for buck out there. Both are absolutely amazing.
i haven’t tried Lexi but she sounds great. I would also throw in Pink Channel for a 30 min FS mind blowing experience.
Another couple on my list to see are Mable but want to be sure that it is an all in experience, and Cherry cute young thing in Langford.

Not sure what info you're looking for, both are on Leo. Lola is 4766, short, curvy, milf with an absolutely stunning pair of boobies, and a complete sweetheart (I've seen her a ton of times, and she's probably my ATF). Violet is 8679, a BBW with some wonderful curves (I've only seen her a couple times, and not for awhile now but very much had fun both times I saw her).
