Cosby is old many of the charges brought against him are 20-. 40 years ago. What he did will tarnish his legacy and career for years after his death. He used his power/ prestige in Hollywood and in New York/ Vegas to keep people silent about this until it all finally pressure cooker blew up.

Jared rushed for a plea deal.
As part of a plea deal Fogle signed with prosecutors, Fogle, a married father-of-two, faces between 5 and 12½ years in prison and has agreed to pay $1.4 million restitution to his 14 victims. He also faces a fine of up to $500,000.

Why did Jared rush for a plea deal? Perhaps more skeletons in that closet of his rattling around.

Jared will now have to deal with this the rest of his life. He's still a young man. I read that he was facing more serious charges that would carry a 20 year sentence if convicted, so that's the reason he took the plea deal. He'll probably serve between 6-8 years since he saves court costs and the victims don't have to testify.
