Who else finds this annoying?

In almost every review, I see treat her well or treat her with respect.

Only time I read that line is on forums representing areas outside Metro Vancouver.

Has less to do with asking for respect, and more to do with making the provider feel welcomed in that area, because providers are scarce there and we want them to say.
