All my services are YMMV and only once I have inspected someone and know them would I even consider that sort of service, I do enjoy all sorts of activities though, and am very good at all the services I provide, and get all My tests done every 3 months, mostly see repeat customers and they are very happy with the services I provide. I never advertise for bbbj, and those asking me for that specifically, I always 100% of the time quote ymmv, I am thankful for the recommendation though, and that some who see me are happy with the services I provide! 
Again, it's the all-or-nothing approach to safe sex. I worked in health care and can tell you that the risks of contracting diseases (especially serious ones) strictly through oral sex is very small. The reason people practice what is known as Universal Precautions is because people lie. You don't know if they have a disease on their say-so. This said, the chances of Perb superstars like Lalani,Gerri,Cameron,Vanessa,Emily,etc.etc.or any of the awesome ladies here with some experience under their belt, hence working for X number of years, has a disease is pretty slim. These ladies are responsible and get tested regularly like I do, and the mere fact that they are SPs for X number of years, disease free, is proof that they are practicing the necessary precautions.
One thing to remember if you are giving bbbj is oral health. The risks of bbbj disease transmission are small unless your oral health is somehow compromised. Bleeding gums are open wounds, also bitten cheeks, canker sores, recent dental work, cuts in the mucosa,etc...
DO NOT BRUSH/FLOSS YOUR TEETH RIGHT BEFORE A BBBJ : It can create micro-lesions in even healthy gum tissue, and if you do have gum disease, it will likely cause bleeding and a route of disease transmission.
Thanks for the info Elena Roxanne, I agree and I do get an ultra-violet scan as well regularly to check for hpv or any other oral diseases through my dentist and regular cleanings and check-ups, any clients who would like to inspect me in any way during or before a session, it is totally appropriate as I also do not allow kissing or daty if their oral health is questionable based on my initial meeting with them. That is why I always 100% quote ymmv until I meet as consent is my #1 priority and I cannot give consent until I actually physically meet with someone!

Heck, you don't know if your last customer fucked an IV drug using male prostitute on his lunch break with any certainty. To say however that BBBJs are the same as Russian roulette is not an appropriate analogy stats-wise, though....IMO.
My biggest fear is of HIV, obviously. In 2011, there were 71,300 reported cases of HIV, of which 48% were through male to male, or homosexual contact. Let's forget this part of the statistic and double this to make up for unreported cases and call it 142,600...
Even with this, only 0.004% of Canada's population is HIV positive. Even overinflated, it's not 1-in-6 like the chambers of a gun.
Also worth noting is that Dr. Irving Salit, of the HIV clinic at Toronto General Hospital, has been quoted as saying that "You have a better chance walking down the street and getting hit by a piano" than you would from contracting HIV through oral sex alone.
Most studies on this issue, as I'm sure you know (with the exception of 1 from Sweden based on a 10 couple sample) has shown the risks of contracting HIV from oral sex alone is less than 1%
I have a few regulars who have been seeing me for years, they see me and may occasionally visit another upscale companion as they travel, so in those instances I may make an exception, as for ejaculation, I aim for cob or cof instead of cim personally, so again the risk is also further reduced, or I may stroke those for the release. I have to put my 2 cents in. (I'm new so that's all It may be worth to you all) However, if your looking for a good, no outstanding BBBJ, your girl is Jayde from BP. She does charge extra for it but it's worth it. Just a side note, her CBJ is also amazing. Let's just put it this way, the girl has no gag reflexes. She has a really nice in call, she's very clean, always smells great but she does tend to run late, a lot.
