Dam Luongo is so over rated. Yes trade him for 3 more players while we can. He sucks. I`m tired of the spin the media sets up Luongo with. Luongo still seems to have a groin problem that there not talking about. He`s gonna go downhill even faster this year. Its all smoke and mirrors. About Bieska, he was suppose to be traded due to his lazzyness, lack of performance and his low IQ. But when Salo the looser got hurt playing floor hockey . they had to keep Bieska for back up.
The only solids are the twins . But alone they c`ant do it, there not first line material. Still small dumb players that can`t hit or take a hit. Raymond doesn`t look like he`ll be ready for another 3 years. There pathetic these guys. They dont show up to play, they just want the pay check. Theres no basketball or baseball in Vancouver to compete with the Canucks .The Lions football is a joke and soon to be ending. Hockey is the only pro sport that folks can see live in Van, and that fills the arena every game. The owners and Gillis know this. Its million of $$$$$ in profit. The bottom line is keep filling those seats up, and will take your cash. As long as these people show up at the games they`ll raise the ticket prices also. O.K so don't get on the nuks bandwagon, ride the Sedin trolley. The seasons just started and already it's freakin' doom and gloom. It's not whether the Canucks or Luooooooooooooooo choked, it seems to be of an issue of you choking. Canucks win and you're the head cheerleader, they take a lose and you're the undertaker. You're just choked that you keep spending time/money on watching a team you keep raggin' on.

the one thing that bugs me the most. after 40 years of mediocrity there are two jersies in the rafters. naslund's jersey gets retired in november. people are screaming for bure's jersey to get retired. there's another gimmick being dragged out called the "ring of honour" why is it this franchise is content to dish out happy endings to players who did everything BUT bring home a championship? its like this city is full of people who received participation ribbons on sportsday (remember sportsday from elementry school?) and the kids who came in second place are being revered. doesn't make sense to me.

Well put Mr Blonde.I`ve been a canucks fan for ten years and hoping they get the job done . But no luck. I`m almost done with these guys . It hurts to watch guys who don`t show up to play. Most times in the past 2 yrs. Luongo had me for the first two yrs, but I`m starting to think that hes no better than price or niemmin, or any other goalie paid 2 $$ Million per year.
Its disapointing. I`m almost watching basketball now. And I`ve started to watch the lions football . Thats scary too. Anyways I wont be watching as much Canucks hockey this year. Cheers.
