Who can answer billing info around here?

Hi,

I've been sending PMs to Fred Zed for the past couple of days but he's not replying. Maybe he's taking the long weekend off? I want some detailed billing information about becoming a paid PERB advertiser.

I'm known and have a good reputation on one of the "other" boards. I began graduate studies in Victoria this year. I want to begin working part-time while in school to pay for my basic living expenses.

Is there anybody else on this board who can answer billing questions? I opened the advertising thread but I found it more confusing than helpful.
