Fortunately never had a catheter but would imagine that having a woody wouldn't be an issue. Hospitals aren't conducive to sporting a hard on. Temperature is usually cold so your dick will turtle, if your involved in any sort of trauma your BP is likely below normal so the last thing your body is concerned about it raising the flag and with all the other things going on (blood being taken, meds given (many of which also impair your little one eyed patient), fingers up assholes, etc) you're probably just happy to be alive.
That said, I have sported a chubby at several inopportune times most memorable was when getting a series of x-rays after a skiing accident. I'm standing against the panel wearing nothing more than a hospital gown and a smile and without warning I grow a level 10 erection.....maximum length, girth and a rockwell value of HRC55.

dental boners
For me it is the dental assistant leaning over me for the hygiene appointment, the ones with larger tits can bump them all over the place.....have to really think hard not to get a raging boner. Sometimes I think they do it just to see if they can get you up!!

The profession with the greatest percentage of hot women? No question, no contest....dietitians.
Sure there are hot nurses, but most of them are not hot at all (trust me, I have worked in a hospital for 15 yrs) and they wear XXXL scrubs, not the porno leather nurse outfit.
I have yet to meet an unattractive dietitian. All young, all fit, all hot.

I went with other. In my mind there's no doubt about it: female fitness trainers are HAWT! An ex girlfriend of mine was a fitness trainer, and so were most of her friends. Damn. It was just awesome. They're pretty much guaranteed to have amazing bodies, and for some reason most of them have really cute faces too.
EMTs/Paramedics. Every one I've seen has been hott. I think it's because they're all in really good, athletic, shape. Plus they're smart. Smart women turn me on.
It might be a personal thing but waitresses and bartenders seem to be hot. I don't know why, even in strip clubs I would usually rather do the waitress.
