Location, Location, Location

There are 3 things that you have to consider when you are in retail: Location, Location and Location.

Look at what other professionals in your price range locate their businesses.
Where do you expect to find a busy lawyer's or accounting firm?
They are all downtown, aren't they?
Besides some of them having secondary offices somewhere else.

Get an incall location downtown and, should you have regulars in other areas, schedule a weekly, or bi-weekly, or monthly visit in those areas using a local hotel.

I'll send you later my invoice for marketing consulting services

Downtown ?

So far I see Downtown is having the lead.

But I find downtown is extremely inconvienient for me at least.

Clients: Parking, Traffic, stress and time

SP: Rental cost, scheduling, and cancellation

These all translate to higher sp rates ?

I prefer to come into a session relax. By the time I go thru traffic if you drive, transit if you take public transport, the construction and traffic problem of downtown tranlate into a very stress day before I even venture into the session. I think it makes it a very unenjoyable session.

This mean sp have to try harder to satisfy the session.

What you guys think ?

Downtown Vancouver
I agree. I say downtown Van all the way. If parking's a bummer for some pooners (and so it should be) why not get a pad with an underground parking space, or rent a second one if you need the first one for your own car. Convenient, safe and a very nice touch.

Or get a place in the West End, where parking's not that bad during the day.

Good luck sweetie,

yeah you're probably better off in the west end, it's close to downtown and i would say more affordable.

Location location location

Araianna,
I expect your poll will reflect the population base and working area of the PERB client base.
However, you must not underestimate the impact of competition.
D/T & Kits have hundreds and hundreds of other SP options. Other areas not so much and you may have more choice of regulars.
Surrey, for example, longs for enthusiastic indy's that can accomodate incalls.
New West is VERY central for many areas.
Richmond ? It's hard to find a white girl under 30? You would have a monopoly.
For many regular pooners, convenience and location are important because time to travel for sex is often not available.

Good luck.
