I too thought this was bunk and checked the rules after reading your warning. I interpret rule #8 the same way as you do. Honestly in all my years here I had no idea. Maybe mods can confirm? Are we allowed to post links to LL? Doesn't bother me either way. A name and 4 digits works just fine.
Thousands of links are posted on PERB and hundreds of thousands are posted on TERB. Links are encouraged. WTF would anyone want to go searching for a name and 4 digits when a link was available. This is a review board. It is perfectly acceptable to post prices without any of the ridiculous way people attempt to post the price they paid with actually writing in simple dollars. Reviews should be direct and honest. What would be the point of making things difficult?
Just quoting the rules dude. But as it was already implied, it seems the mods don't enforce it, so all good. And for what it's worth, searching the webs for 4 digits and a name is about the easiest thing I need to deal with on any given day.

Post was deleted and I was informed that multiple infractions could result in access being limited. (the line between "review" and "promotion" seems to be unclear.)

haven house has a few gems, always comfortable and taken care of while there. Their desk person is professional and easy to talk to and responds quickly. They aren’t open during the day unfortunately. I did have one experience with one of the desk persons and let say I could tell it was someone different. But 90 percent of the time it’s exceeded my expectations.
