If you're in the mood for trailer trash porno star, the one on the far right would be a good choice, the girl next door I'd probably take the one 2nd from the right. The one in center good for desert, and if you're really hurting, the 2nd one from the left will have to do... although the small pic does make it hard to tell for sure.

The clip was a salesman talking about his product to a potential client. The saleman gets deeper and deeper into the technical side of the product and the customers eyes start to glaze over.

The salesman starts talking faster and faster, the customer eyes start to buldge. Then the guys head explodes and there is brains and shit all over the salesman.

It was a training film for a sales class. I think the class was called Power Based Selling, but I am not sure of the title.
