Micro Contact Info
Micro contact information tends to be sensitive on here because of the heat that they can draw from too easily accessible information or excessive popularity.
My only experiences with Micros is visiting Simon's from time to time, but I do not know the contact information of any of the others (though they do sound to cater to different tastes than what Simon's gals offer).
It is my understanding that the majority of postings for Asian ladies on Craigs List are for Micros, though their advertising may not be completely accurate. Perhaps that may be a good starting point for you.
If you Chinese is better than mine (where mine is non-existant), the classifieds/personals section of the Tsing Tao Daily should assist you. This is another avenue which I personally have not explored, but may be of benefit to you.
