Where is the best place in the world for pooning?

As far as attitudes go the best I've ever had were in Brazil; not to mention that in about 16 visits and over 800 hos I can only count on two hands the ones that weren't 3 holers.
DR and CR were hot spots but I think they've over priced themselves out of the market, although DOminican girls can deep throat like no others.
Thailand (escpecially Pattaya) was a lot of fun too but frankly the Asian look does as much for me there as it does here.....NOTHING. Same goes for the Philippines.
Dubai, UAE had a great selection of women and was a blast to visit but its already too hot there right now. U should be able to nail a Moroccan or Lebanese for under $200 all night and E. Europeans for 1-150 all night.
Amsterdam is a great spot if you like the ST and like walkign down canal street blowing off EU$50 for 15 minutes of some of the most uninspired sex with either thai girls, north africans and the odd eastern europeans.
Germany is OK if you're into the FKK scene, not my cup of tea personally.

For those knowledgable about pooning in Thailand i have a few Q's:
For Long Time visits will the TG be willing to stay up all night & fool
around? Or want to sleep after a few hours? Will she leave at any time
if i ask her? Could it be a problem for her to transport to her residence
at any hour of the night?
For Long Time visits with a TG, if i am expecting her to stay and make
me happy for 12 hours and she leaves after 6 hours is it going to be a
problem if i pay her half {50%} of what i would have for the 12 hours?
Can air conditioning be adjusted by guests? If not will it be too warm
or cold in the hotel room?
Will mosquitos be a problem on the lower floors of hotels or outside?
Not up 10 or 20 floors?

I can only tell you about Bangkok as I spent 6 days there. First off, if you are not used to SE Asia heat you might have a hard time adjusting. The whole time I was there I was not used to sweating so damm much. It only takes 30 to 40 minutes and your underwear and shirt is wet from sweat. And I lost my appetite from the heat. yeah, living in the Nw over 20 years makes me a wuss.
Book a hotel with a policy of letting in women guests or you will be facing a fine of maybe half your room rate. Its a joke, who goes to BK without doing this stuff?
Mosquitos arent too bad of a problem, I went in September and hardly saw a fly.
The city of Bangkok is an eyesore but if you only going for the women yeah its worth it. Just dont expect paradise though.
