Where is low and mid track?

Hi, I am new to the area and have read some reviews about sw on low and mid track. I am just trying to find out where those areas are. Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

This topic has been reviewed throroughly if you use the search option. Not much has really changed unless someone reallys feels like releasing a

MID/LOW TRACK version 2.0 .
