Where are the cheapest SPs in North America?

This would depend where you draw the line for North America.
If you extend the southern border one mile south of San Diego, then you have the answer.

Detroit is still being hit hard, and the cost of providers can be as low as $30/hour.
There are also really economically priced ladies in the Vancouver area, just as there are very high end ladies in South America and Eastern Europe.
I realize that for many people, cost is a huge factor in seeing a lady. However, I really can't get my head around (not referring to anybody in this thread specifically), why anybody would look at cost as the main point in seeing someone. This is such a personal experience, and once that can run the gambit of being a really lousy service to an unforgettable experience. Why not find a few ladies you are really interested in seeing, and save up to create a very memorable experience with them rather than multiple random encounters that are hit and miss at best.

I think there is some truth to what you said. For most guys the urge happens every day, or hours or whatever time frame ( this is very individual ). Sometimes when you feel compelled to visit, sometimes it is for an adventure, sometimes it is just for a quick oil change. We all have the same urges but different income levels. Four hundred an hour will undoubtably be an outstanding blow your mind experience, and deserves to be done every now and again. But sometimes, 2 very very good experiences at say an Asian micro, spaced out over a few days keeps you happier for longer.
If you poon regularly, price does play into the equation in a major way. Scheesh if I lived in Montreal I would be up to my ears in pussy 3 times a week at least. Instead I'm stuck in Alberta's pricy Pooning environment. argh.
