So I recently came across a profile on LL that I liked and was doing my due diligence....no reviews here on PERB so I thought I would google the phone number and up popped a Youtube page with videos of the SP providing her take on life. Turns out she is a virulent anti-vaxxer and promoter of conspiracy theories about a bunch of things. A total turn off for me. Now I admit that some of you dicks out there might be getting a hard on thinking about an attractive anti vaxxer willing to go down on you. But not me. And leaving aside the content of politics, and how someone leans, left or right, pro or con, here is my question: Can learning about how an SP feels about something (whatever) be a turn off? And even to the point of making you think with your big head. I like to enjoy my time with someone and not have thoughts intrude that upset my carefully crafted (and absolutely correct) view of the world.

Absolutely. Had a recent date with a S.B. Found out she was an antivaxxer and a republican and for me the conversation was just bullshit. She was also a smoker; I won't even follow a webcam girl if I know she's a smoker. Was chatting with another S.B. and fairly quick in the conversation she said sex was not an option. O.K.? So the conversation headed to going out for dinner and she said that's tricky because she is a vegan. She's a vegan sugar baby that doesn't provide sex... WTF? That conversation ended abruptly.
With escorts you really don't know what you're getting walking in, for that matter that goes for anyone. It would take a lot for me to walk out on a session, but I've definitely had a lot of no repeats.

It's the double edged sword of social media. I have been totally turned off of seeing an SP thanks to her twitter feed or IG. Even PERB posts can make or break my interest level. Once you see or hear how much they hate the guys who pay them, or reveal their love for nazi memorabilia, or their incredible arrogance or very right or left wing politics, you can move on real quick.

Since the early days, there's always been those ladies who just don't give a fuck and will tell it like it is. Others carefully hide their real personality to avoid making any negative connotations to their work persona. At least with the former, you know what you are getting. I'd rather know the truth and stick to ladies whose thoughts I can respect. It's a real turn off to see someone who is just faking it the entire time.
I remember a few years ago there was an SP that had a complete meltdown here on Perb. She moved cities fairly quick after that incident.

For sure. A ladies personality has a lot to do with her attractiveness or lack of. I'm sure everyone has been around a physically attractive person they can't wait to get away from.

Religion and my god's better'n your god, politics, vax-anti-vax, racism, whatever the topic, if it is brought up in what is supposed to be a professional interaction, ie me buying sex from the SP, then it's out of line. Key being it being brought up during your contact to cut the deal and during the deal itself. Outside of that, if you didn't find all this stuff somewhere in the internet, would it really make a difference?

I think its always dependent on the issue or topic so to speak. On one hand respecting differences of opinions and on the other being so turned off you will pass. Now can the same be said for if we hire lawyers, accountants, chefs, etc and about athletes.

There was a lot of drama surrounding the Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers about his "immunized status". After which many felt misled but enough to not want him on your team, NFL or Fantasy Football? Some racists have admitted they want the best people of color football/basketball players to play on their team just for wins but they hate people of color.

I don't think there is a right or wrong answer as a whole. Its more what you will tolerate for one thing so you can get another. Like having an asshole co worker you can't stand but is great at their job making yours easier. Or if your ATF makes you orgasm better then anyone else ever, do you pass on her because she's not vaxxed.

There will always be over the top psycho people in all walks of life. Is sex with the crazy hot chick worth it? I can say Ive had sex with people Ive loathed (long stories). It can be hot banging the witch of a boss who just fired just so she can fuck you and wanting your cock the second after your fired. Doing it on her desk then couch then her private bathroom with shower.

But I digress......

Re post #6: they can be ticking time bomb just waiting for the right “trigger word”. Some conspiracy nuts are as fanatical as any religious nut. They cannot stop themselves…whether you want to hear it or not.
A Winnipeg sp who was highly regarded years ago is one and it is sad to see. Her trigger was “glass ceiling”!
She was talking about her job and I said the bad word. She went into a rant about flat Earth etc and wanted me to write down a bunch of websites to visit.

Personally, I’d prefer to know all that…so I can avoid giving a single cent to a racist, homophobe, anti-trans, etc, etc.

The “man-hating” posts I view differently. We should all have ZERO doubt that some (many? Few?) SW’s hate their job or at least hate their job some of the time. I’d be surprised if anyone has not had some negative experience, just like in any job. It’s a reminder that shouldn’t ever exist but sadly does - treat your date with respect, respect her decisions/processes/boundaries/prices, be clean, etc etc.

Back to the other topics, tho - I’ve definitely unfollowed many on social media over the last year. Anti-vax, pro-truck convoy, pro-conspiracy… it definitely simplified my feeds and helped me spend less time on IG, lol! And even tho I don’t get a chance to see many SW’s in person, learning where they stand on a topic can definitely help me make a decision whether to see them or not or even just to support them with a gift.

For me it's less about specific beliefs and more about personality. I have been using social media extensively to help identify providers I would see or avoid.

Reviews are a great place to start, but I have seen several providers who were well reviewed but then turned out to be absolutely insufferable in their social media posts. I normally do longer bookings (2-3 hours), so social media can really help me avoid wasting a lot of time/money.

For me its following someone on twitter (great body), and then she post pictures of her fat friends. :( and now I have fat girl pics on my account....:sneaky::unsure:o_O

The thing is with an SP and she talks to you about things, you have to understand how much education she has, and where she got her education. The racy things to talk about are sex, religion, and politics. In these maintain a neutral stance or point of view.

Your there to fuck the SP; not test your compatibility for marriage.

For BJ say: Deeper, spit on it, suck it harder, open wider, gag on it, on your knees, lie on bed etc.
For Sex say: Deeper, Harder, (grab that ass), and talk very dirty to her, tell her to bend over, etc.

Im of two minds..I dont want to visit anti-vaxers or rascists/fascists, but at the same time i dont expect everyone to 'tow my line' and agree with me. Seems like it would be pretty boring and mechanical 'by the playbook' interactions otherwise.

Valid point! I’ve learned many things from chatting with folks of different perspectives, so for me there are some hard redlines (racism) but many other topics could very much be great things to talk about if they’re well-informed and have a strong, valid basis for their views. Eg, simply labelling oneself as “conservative” by no means automatically makes them off-limits to this “liberal” guy, haha!

But as another poster stated, I’m not EXACTLY there JUST to discuss and debate the hot-topics of our current society, lol!
