dude it is not like a nuclear bomb timer in Mission Impossible. the women are pretty reasonable with the time. if you go for lesser services, then you can expect her to "watch" time go by as she is not going to want to spend more time with you.
if you go for fs, then most of the ladies are pretty good and if it goes into overtime by 15 minutes then usually the other women notify her by the "semi-secret" code to move her ass because she might have another client or an appointment is waiting already.
it is fair comment to say that the more the tip, the less concerned she is going to be with the time.
so, if you are going for just basic, i guarantee she is going to make sure the session is done as quickly as possible without her trying to give you that impression.
