When do you get HARD when seeing an SP?

For me, (1) - never, (2) - never, (3) - hardness depending on the style/technique, and occasionally does not work either for some reason I am currently investigating. Good kissing seems to work rather well, too.

I can become 'wet' (production of Cowper's fluid) more easily by a bout of good kissing or if I am making the person I am with turned on.

I don't poon much, but in my experience it's during the exchange of messages, on the phone, an hour before meeting her/them, at the door, before and after... you get the point. Of course it helps when you are young and exercise often.
