Notebook. Also this chinese movie. A direct translation of the title is "say that you love me again". very tragic. it's about this lady that gets a heart transplant from a donor. the family of the donor discovers who the recipient is and they meet. the story is more complicated than that. difficult to summarize in a short paragraph.
