It's been a while since my last Montreal trip, 3 or 4 years. Back then, they had low rates at home and much higher rates on tour, it was easy to see why they did the trips west, but they'd often only go as far west as Alberta, as BC was not a good market for them. With the oil industry in the shitter, they started coming farther west to the coast.
With COVID, Quebec has been on lockdown and curfews even so traveling is the only way to make decent money. And they are charging premium rates, at least the legit ones. If she's from out east, if the rate is high, at least you have better odds she will actually provide service. Stick to the ones with websites, and do compare rates at home versus on the road. One sign of legitimacy, they advertise on PERB instead of just on LL.
Then you have the big group of travelling scam artists, pimps and their groups who charge less, but provide nothing but misery. The scammers are easy to spot once you know the ad wording. Always party friendly, always say no black men, 24/7 availability etc. They also use the same hotels, seem to love the Accent Inn on Henning in Burnaby for example. You are going to get bait and switched, as the photos are nearly always fake. You are going to get shitty service, if you get service at all, or you will be upsold to get the stuff they promised.
