What's in "not" a name?

It seems like a number of the BP ads feature hot ladies who don't provide a name. Given the skepticism many share about the recent influx of BP ads mine is heightened when the ad provides a description, pics, but no name for the service provider. Anyone else share this uneasy feeling when no name is provided?

Some will provide a name (alias) when you contact them.
Where possible, it's great when inquiries/Reviews have name & last 4 digits ph#
Agree with citizencane it's a crapshoot, but sometimes it pays off.
I found my go-to on CL; initial contact was email only through CL. No name or number...
