Some people are cool with it, some are not. I find that it's more common for providers to have a minimum age rather than a maximum though.
More importantly, make sure that your introduction has all the info (name, age, date/time) and any requested screening that they need for a booking 🌟
Lots of SPs actually prefer older guys and especially the married ones, presumably because they are more mature/stable than some of the young bucks. I'm in my 60s too, but personally I have had better experiences with ladies who are probably in their 30s.
Don't worry about it being kosher, we're all deviants here, participating in a hobby that is for the most part illegal, though almost never legally enforced.
Another aspect which I alluded to earlier is the age of the SP. The ones in their 20s may be generally prettier, but they know that. And because of that or inexperience or immaturity etc. they often don't offer as good an experience as a somewhat older provider, who will be more worldly, better to have light conversation with. Us older clients often won't do this merely for sex. It's an experience not just a romp.
It's the LAS triad (looks, attitude, service). I think most of us clients would agree that attitude and service beat mere looks any day of the week. Screwing a hot young thing may seem like a good plan for a newbie, but your chances of disappointment are substantial. And the VFM (Value For Money) is likely to be poor.
Or just check for a bunch of good reviews of a specific provider of course

I have an age minimum (over 20. I had it over 27 for a couple of years) on my website because an 18 year old knocked on my door 😱. So icky!!
I started in my 20s and client wise I’ve always preferred the generous sweet guy who usually also happens to be older. Very very rarely will I come across a sw who prefers young and won’t see gents over a certain age.
Don’t be lecherous in your introduction. Be nice, introduce yourself, state your age, be friendly, be ready for whatever screening/ deposit or lack of whatever she has. Treat it like making a date with a friend. You can be a bit lecherous in person. If you get asked for a deposit, then make sure you research the girl well before sending
And then have lots of lecherous deviant fun!!

Technically legal though.
That being said; I'm in my 60's as well and I just could not see anyone younger than 40.
Not knocking anyone else's preferences.

Aside from what has already been said here maybe read the providers ad and website very thoroughly as they may have an age maximum. It’s rare to see but I have seen some with a maximum age of clients they will see. Most I see have a minimum. I personally think being in your 60’s and seeing a provider in their 20’s is fine. Most of us mostly want people making inquires where they are respectful and follow our booking guidelines.
I would also make sure women you contact are reputable providers with a website, maybe having reviews, socials etc so you know they are reputable and can get an idea of the person they are as well. Hopefully you find someone amazing to see. There are quite a few amazing ladies here to choose to see and in that age group.

I'd advise starting with an agency so you can work out how things transpire and know what you're walking into. Polite way of saying 'stay the fuck off Leolist!' When you've become a little more knowledgeable about this hobby and what's expected, then start sampling independents -- lots of great ones to choose from!
The majority of independents I've seen I originally met through agencies. When they went indy many gave me their contact info to continue seeing them.
As always, good grooming and great hygiene go a long ways to keeping everyone happy. Even if you showered before you left home, shower again when you arrive. Don't haggle about anything. Not a good way to start anything.
