More than likely an opportunity to capitalize on the reputation of another gal?

Let's see now, 99.99% of the gals working 'in the biz' are doing so using a pseudonym. Given that there are 10's of thousands of unique female names in North America why do we have multiple occurrences of the names of popular/successful gals? If they all used their given names then well hey such is life, but these duplicate names are picked for a reason, and that reason is not to pay homage to the original holder of the name.

Jessica & Kendra are two of the latest duplicate names, come on ladies this is so obvious it is painful.

It's easy to get into the biz and be clueless about other providers.

When I started, I did no homework at all. I just chose a first and last name because I knew it would be identifying enough. I never even googled the name first (poor Nina Leone- the stunt woman!)

I always suggest providers take on two names. First and last, or adjective and first name. I think many girls just take on names they like and those happen to be the popular ones.
Nina, these gals aren't indy's in which case I would buy your premise, but this is not the case.

Yes, last names are almost necessary now given all the recycling of aliases. While we can question whether the replication is intentional or by accident (both occur), I just remind myself that if intentional, then it is essentially a compliment since imitation is the sincerest form of admiration. Thanks for thinkin I'm tha shit Kendra #2 ;) lol
Classy reply as always.

very classy reply from a very classy lady.

like i said in the thread about "Kendra@Penthouse" is it really that hard to come up with an original name.

i can see it the way Ms. Chase see's it. but i also think that if someone wants to pay homage to a very well respected SP like Kendra Chase, that rather than take there name, maybe make sure that you are read, willing, and able to be the same kind of person AND provider.

i know that some will say "oh it's just a name". but with there names Ms. Kendra Chase and Ms. Jessica Prabbit have developed very well earned reputations.
