What's in a name? Service level

So, what's in a name? How does an SP keep her reputation? Will there be a permanent link to a girls' original "SP name" that will always reflect on her level of service?

What's in a name, well, for me, it is simply a working title I use. I have certain terms of being Alix Turner that I adhere to in order to keep myself from being in uncharted territory very often.
I keep my reputation by behaving in a manner I would not be ashamed of if it was subject to scrutiny. No one ever comes out looking like a saint when their personal or private circumstances are dumped out for anyone to judge, but there's no reason to worry about what people will think of you if your behaviour, what you say, and what you believe in are congruent whenever you deal with anyone else.
Will there be a permanent link to a girls original name... that question either assumes I can see in to the future or was written without any real interest in what the answer would ultimately explain.. so the first not an answer to your question I can come up with is TER often will make a note that an SP used another name previously when she is reviewed under her new one and I think they include a link to that profile as well. Can you permanently microchip us with a reputation/name ear tag... well.. theoretically yes, but morally I for one would certainly think it was a dick move to say the least.

did I catch your drift and set your course or was I way off in my translation there?

A lot of name changes seem to be SPs moving from one agency or mp to another, or becoming independent. There is one that immediately comes to mind because there is a thread in the Vancouver Reviews on her name change.

It is beyond me why people can't seem to understand that a "Fox" is going to have to change her name when she leaves the Den. The same applies to any other agency or mp.

Yes, you did - I think an SP's original name is her identity when it comes to service. Obviously, if they leave an agency that will change, but it is so interesting to read reviews where someone says "she used to be _______". Other than that, multiple 'random' name changes bring up a red flag, usually because clients were unhappy. If a SP has a great reputation, I would imagine the name would stick.

yes if she has a great reputation, she'll even say in her ads that she used to be xx from yy so her reputation will follow her. charlie lynn is one example - she's changed names quite a few times but she's never made any attempt to hide the fact. and now that she's comfortable with the persona she's created and her reputation, she's stuck with her current name for quite a few years

contrast that with the fly-by-night flakes that have very poor reviews and reputations that have changed their names multiple times over the years and have gone to great lengths to try to eradicate their previous names from the internet. no question why they do it, and the use of multiple names in their cases is a huge red flag

Not always . . . .

If they were known as such and such place as an "all star" and they want to keep their following; they typically will hold onto that persona. One lady even has a tag line "formerly from BBC" because BBC is now defunct.

The only agency that threatens legal action against former employees is the Fox Den and they have made former Foxes change their names.

People change. I can imagine that an SP might no longer want to project the same personae that is associated with a former name.
