coco collective has an incall thats basically in coal harbour (I think technically west end) but like a block from what would be considered coal harbour. its labelled as their "downtown" location. very close to alot of the main hotels in that area, walking distance, that will probably be the closest. but VME, temporary girlfirends, and luxxxe, 1122, WCA all have incalls quite close to coal harbour, walking distance would be about 10-15 minutes to most of them, you could easily transit to all of them from coal harbour, or a $10 uber. I would suggest doing some research on here for which agencies have the most accurate pics, or you can pm me and I will tell you.
Sophia at VME meets your criteria, she is teetering on the edge on the age category though, I would guess she is around 28-32 age, but sexy and petite and fit, I would try to book ahead if you want to book her. the incall I saw her at was close to pacific centre, so close by.
