Cash tip, chocolates, flowers, gift cards, wine, food or drinks even if you like. I bought an SP a Panda teddy bear once. I wouldn't recommend getting anything crazy unless you really build rapport with one and know she will like it. Generally any gift is appreciated but never mandatory like others have said it's business in the end, so no need to make it complicated.
