What's a good Pho Vietmese noodle Restaurant

Lookin for recommendations on a good pho restaurant. Please no comments on dining and dashing lol.

I'd suggest Pho Thang Long. 3700 block of Main (east side of the street).

Good pho, big servings, fair pricing.

For a greasy spoon Pho, try Bao Chao at Hastings and Slocan, on the north side next to the Slocan Restaurant. It's greasy alright, but they use fresh ingredients, no fake meatballs, and the flavor is up there. It's an all-Vietnamese business run by the owner John, and not some fake Pho joint run by Chinese owners, like a lot of sushi houses in town (yechhh)...

I would avoid the Pho Hoa on Kingsway and Nanaimo. The good thing about the restaurant is it closes late but it's kinda dirty in there and the quality is average.

It's in a strip mall where parkings a bitch though.

Their mussels as an appitizer is really good.
For desert try the deep fried banana with ice cream topping.

lol, my folks came out to visit me a couple of summer ago and i was driving them around, we passed by there my mom says to me "what did that sign say???" in a tone of non belief. lol, i had to explain it to her.

Pho Rex along Fraser Highway in Langley City has excellent soup stock and service. My family visits this place every week!

the one at hastings and boundary is fantstic, just wear a bullet proof vest.
the owner is a great guy and his daughters are drop dead fukable.... after the shootings the biz has suffered.

neil is indeed a very friendly guy. and his daughters, linda and lisa - what can i say - if they were sps, i will be dead broke and behind bars b/c lisa is under age.

unfortunately they shrunk their menu awhile back, there used to be bigger variety. the price has also gone up - i guess to pay for the renovation.

This question is EASY, a lot of people I know goes to this restaurant, b/c it's one of the best (if not the best) in the Lower Mainland.

It on Kingsway (and Buller ???) right next door to the Deer lake Chrysler dealership. About 5 minute east (driving) of Metrotown....across from "Wendy's".
