Obviously those people weren't taught well by their parents. Its their parents fault for not teaching them the right manners. (I so wanted to use the word beating...)
After all people that do that have a sense of entitlement, mostly because their parents didn't discipline them as kids.
God forbid that you store your trash in the car or that dirty smelling cigarette in the ashtray and stink up your car. Think of the resale value if the car doesn't stink.....
What do they do in Singapore for littering-- a public whipping..... 20 years ago; there was a guy from the states who spray painted a building, got caught, sentenced to several lashes. His thing after he got home- I'll never do that again....
