Animal Kingdom -series
Hell on Wheels- series
Outlander-series.....the guys will laugh at me for this one, but I find it's very well done and addictive.
Black Sails-series , because I love Pirates
Lawless.....a movie I can totally relate too.
Lone Survivor- a past I left far behind.
Ice Age- cartoon, because I still write down notes in crayon.

Some others that surprised me how good they where....
Free State of Jones
Cold Mountain
And in the documentary section you will find one called Strongland, about the sacred lifting stones of the world.
The Scottland piece was interesting too me as I've lifted all four of the first stones told about on that one....I couldn't lift the last, or biggest one, but I'm working my way up too it.
My next trip will be to Iceland ...to lift the ones they have there.

Voted for:
Sex Education - the first season was cute. Didn't watch the second yet.
Other:
The Witcher - the best new series, if you like fantasy genre at all.
Umbrella Academy - interesting and amazing soundtrack
Stranger Things of course.
Black Mirror - but some episodes are better than others.
Vikings - first two seasons are on Netflix now, But the last 4 are missing.

Not recommended:
You - way too creepy for me. Simply don't understand the series like this one or Dexter or OA.
OA - see above

Hello S :D

I’ve watched all of Bloodline and enjoyed most of it.

Of late, I’ve been watching The Crown on Netflix and Fleabag on Amazon Prime. Fleabag is hilarious :thumb: British humour that’s got some edgy uncomfortable situations.

Line of Duty...new episodes just up, British Police drama
The Crown
Stranger Things
Black Mirror..the early episodes are better
Mindhunters
Money Heist...Spanish with Subtitles, originally called Casa De Papel...House of Paper. Probably forgotten a few more.

For fans of Jason Bateman of Ozark and Arrested Development fame he has a new show up on Crave called The Outsider based on a Stephen King novel along with Bloodline's Ben Mendehlson.

I can't get enough of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I can quote entire episodes. I also like prison documentaries, there is a great one out there called Happy Jail. Saw a great docu-series called The Last Czars of Russia. I didn't know much about the Russian Revolution so it was very interesting. They must have spent a small fortune on sets and costumes it was so well done. Plus the actor who plays Rasputin is a genius. I watched Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt because it had an interesting premise but was only four seasons. Oh, I almost forgot about Shameless, I'd call it a dramedy. I'm looking forward to season 9. Recently, I saw the Aaron Hernandez story. Its a three episode documentary about his life, triumphs and tragedies.

But my true love will always be Andy Samberg and the rest of the cast from B99. I like comedies and I love the whole cast. I always laugh out loud when I am watching the show.

Great ideas. I like dark and real drama most of the time, or bitter comedy. I will be busy with some of these for a while! Still curious about "You".

I recommend also Black Sails. I saw it from stem to stern, and really enjoyed it. I would put it more along the lines of Spartacus: Blood & Sand type adventure than something that's fantasy. (There is nothing supernatural in it.)

I think though if you want drama, check out Dublin Murders. Detective tale set in modern day Ireland.
