If a client came in and saw you and was rude, aggressive and made you feel uncomfortable what would you do?

From a mans prospective what do you think would be the appropriate way of dealing with it and from a woman's prospective what would you do?

I don't know another way but to be assertive....but as cuteangel indicated some may get more aggressive.

Your best offense is your defense, screening.

If I had a client make me feel uncomfortable by being rude or aggressive I would leave or ask him to leave. I would then have to ask myself if there was anything I could have done to prevent the incident. Was it in my marketing? Was there something I chose to overlook in our communications?
I have had two such incidences and both times there were advance "signs" and I decided to go against my gut feeling and see them. Nowadays I'm much more discerning.

I can only think of one incident at the beginning of my career, 3 years ago that I felt like my personal safety was in jeopardy. Ever since then I have been very wise and haven't had any other problems. I always screen my calls and I live in a super secure building with 24 hr concierge. I have security and I always play safe in more ways then one :p ;) :D

That`s good advice, MJ. Thank-you for that warning.

We should always trust our gut instinct.

It tells the truth 100% of the time.

Other than the concierge and cameras, what kind of 'security' do girls use. I always imagine that the hardest part of being an sp is not knowing who you're seeing...
