Sure a person face can show your true age.. but with fa coal treatments and make up
And just staying out of the sun.. you can look 10 yrs younger then you really are..
I think men can even get away with that .. a gain if they haven't had a lot of hard living and working out doors... Of course rugged some women love

But what shows your age is your hands and feet.. hand and arm always get exposed to the weather.. and harsh chemicals. ..weather.and work

They wrinkle and dry and show your are.. women more then men.. men just again can have strong worker hand.. now some guys manage to pamer them with pedicures ..and don't do aby hard work.

Then there are your feet.. they suffer even more.. In shoes or sandals. . Women really screw them up squeezing them in to pointed hi heels..
Guys just use them alot .. In sweety boots....

I have to say my feet are looking old.. dry.. cracked..and vainy. .
As for my hand they look a hundred.. they have been out in the sun for ..out of my life .. chemical burns.. curt sraped.. and just asked to do a lot..and it shows..

I think I need a pedicure lol

It's the chlorine in the water that acts somewhat like an exfoliant and softens the hard spots on your feet.

What really shows a persons age is ......attitude. The old notion of staying young at heart really applies. Lowering your stress levels, good diet, keeping up with the world helps you stay young and relevant with society.

I'm waiting for the day when I can say inappropriate things to random young ladies and have it considered 'cute' because I'm just an old guy.

I use sunscreen every day now sunny or cloudy. As an Asian Guy brown spots tend to form very fast since we as a group get brown spots quit easy.
Wait till you see prices for laser treatment to get rid of brown spots. I was quoted 350-500 each session with 4-5 sessions needed.
So that was ruled out and now I use 5 dollar drug store skin lightener and a whole bottle of sunscreen that lasts 4 months.

my fucking arthritis

then my hair,
you couldn't go to a salon and get it my color I used to be blonde

but now im a silver blonde and streaked out from the sun I have been outside all summer,
it actually looks not bad rather good.

too bad the rest of me doesn't follow form
