What provider gives the best hand release with massage?

If you want an excellent massage as well as an excellent HJ, then -- in my experience -- Chelsey is the best.

Just to second OldFart’s vote – Chelsey is amazing.
She provides a wonderful massage and incredible release. She really connects with you and works hard to make the moment last.
She provides and incredible deep tissue and soft touch massage with light and pleasant (though somewhat torturous) teasing thrown in for good measure.
Chelsey is not a spinner. She stands 5-11, or so (watch out when you go to hop on the table guys! It’s a long climb up!) and is healthy. She’s not fat and certainly is firm. I won’t speculate on her measurements.
She works out of a nice place in New West and keeps the surroundings quiet (soft back ground music and soft lighting) and comfortable.
She provides a massage that rivals some of the best massages I’ve received from RMTs. You’ll be happy with her service – non-rushed and complete. Since she works on her own so she sets the rules – though I found anything and everything available she may take sometime to warm up to you in which case not everything maybe available on your first visit.
