Do that up here in fire season and it'll cost you thousands in fines....
There is no more mercy for fucktards starting fires...I've already fought two this year started by people flicking their smoke out the window while driving.
Which brings me to another point.....A few days ago I was hauling a piece of fire fighting equipment across the Thompson bridge to a fire near Kamloops....doing 100 Klm an hour,and a blue jeep passes me, and flips me the finger.
I was driving a fully marked Government red Emergency vehicle with lights flashing on top of the cab....and driving at a high rate of speed towards a plume of smoke fully visible to anyone within 20 miles....and this shithead sticks his arm out the window as he passes me, and flips me the bird!
About three Klm up the road, the traffic has been temporarily stopped due to equipment being mustered to fight the fire.....of course the fact that I was driving a fire truck I was waved to the front of the line, using the opposing lane.
I pulled up next to the blue jeep that had thrown the offending finger at me and stopped....and rolled down my passenger window.
The 125 pound pencil neck had his face buried in his hand, and wouldn't even look me in the eye.
I idled there for about a minute.....and he was looking at my unimpressed face through his paper pushing fingers, but surprisingly, he wouldn't dare roll down his window.
What a useless chicken shit douche of a person....FFS

Smokers think its cool to do those things (also don't want to smell up the car). Their excuse is that butts are biodegradable... when you are driving the #5 over the mountains you see these assholes flicking their cigs, especially at night when its really noticable.
On the topic of fires. In a series of science fiction books, called Darkover, (fuedal society) everyone in the village or town helped to put out forest fires. Neighbouring towns came to help out too. If you weren't able to help fight the fires, you did support roles, bringing equipment in, bringing water (drinking)to the people fighting the fires, making food etc, even the kids helped out as messengers etc . The lords could be at war, and they would make peace/truce to put out the forest fires. Because the forest fire endangered everyone.

There is some truth to that story....very large, and stressful natural events have a way of bonding people to fight a common threat.

By the way, this is one of the reasons why dog owners are furious with me as if they are selected by a small IQ. Maybe it's only in big cities. I don't know. I always liked cats more. Most of my friends also prefer to have cats as pets.
People who use "social justice" just to attack and bully others. I don't want to paint the entire social justice realm with the same brush. There are some well meaning people who fight for rights. But there are far too many malicious people who deliberately hide behind social justice cards to try to get away with being assholes.
