Schindler's List

No one could ever believe the bad things man was capable of doing during the Holocaust, but it's also hard to believe what Schindler did to save people from the concentration camps. Truly a triumph of the human spirit. Plus, it's always cool to help other people without expecting anything in return.

I think I am the only person in the world that thinks "They Shoot Horses Don't They" was a great, but unsettling movie. Great acting by Susanna York and Red Buttons.
Nobody I know even remembers the film.

I do, fabulous film and one of many great Jane Fonda movies......Gig Young was awsome.
Sydney Pollack had a great career as a director, producer and sometimes an actor.

I saw it 5 years ago! It was a good movie.. not a well known one
It was pretty well known when released in 1969! Nine academy award nominations, including best actress (jane fonda), best supporting actor (gig young) winner, best supporting actress (susannah york) and best director (sydney pollack) a raft of golden globe other nominations.

Only not well known amongst the youngins :D

Singing In The Rain.

And no, I'm not gay. :p

this movie is fucking magic, I defy anyone to sit down, give it a chance and not end up with a huge grin on their face.

Other faves:

Anything by Tarantino, Fincher, Scorsese, Kubrick, Michael Mann... I could go on and on.

But Singing in the Rain is MAGIC I tell you!
