While I agree with the above poster that a Party Host won't generally provide extras, there are exceptions to every rule.
It's always best to clarify matters before arranging for a liaison of any sort. My suggestion would be to politely inquire with the ladies as to whether any additional services were offered or available with any of her packages. Some ladies also offer 'hostessing without extras' as a way to provide a more economical options for gentlemen, but are available for a gambit of extras with an additional incentive.
