If you want weak abs , do cardio. If yo u want a strong core, buy a ab wheel, learn how to do standing ab wheels. In a year your core will be rock solid. Do planks, side planks and good mornings. Add some L pull ups and play around with a medicine ball and a swiss ball . DO all this for a good year or 2 and your have a amazing core ( abs1.5 hrs?? only? well then again i do mma so i don't do anything less 3hrs at the gym, daily..

the stuff i do is mostly mma tournments like the tiger balm internationals.. my records 8-2 ..stupid armbar left my arm behind a couple timessorry to side track.. agent47 do you have any fights or recorded wins in this "mma" you speak of? And who do you train with?
